In year 2007, ATT Systems incorporated its first overseas subsidiary; ATT Systems (India) Private Limited, expanding our horizon on a more

international platform. We have been aggressively looking into areas that complement our products and services. With its objectives in mind, ATT Systems (India) will undertake the design and development and market ATT’s systems and application software locally in India and/or provide value add services to the Government boards and private organizations in India, etc. As part of our growth strategy, ATT continues to optimize its portfolio, ensuring that we invest in opportunities that will generate the highest possible returns.

FiT Transport Systems Pte Ltd was incorporated in year 2006. It was set up as a joint venture company between ATS Traffic Pte Ltd who is a leader in their traffic light business. A good majority of FiT Transport Systems employees were previously employees of ATT Systems who were transferred to provide relevant knowledge and experience to provide a full range of transport related engineering support services for roadway equipment, CCTV and Variable Message Signage (VMS) systems.

FiT Transport Systems now has the capability to provide its own in-house repair services for all field equipment like the CCTV, VMS and Detection systems.

Having its own in-house repair facilities and acquiring purpose-build equipment test jigs, FiT Transport Systems is able to reduce the overall turnaround time for all systems under its support. FiT Transport Systems is well-equipped with all supporting resources to undertake major roadways projects, maintenance services, supply and installation of Variable Message Signs, CCTV cameras and Incident Detection Equipment. Besides the above resources, FiT Transport Systems can also tap on the resources of its parent companies on inventory services, safety & risk management experiences, corporate financing, civil works teams, contract administration support, etc.
